Surrounded by their closest family and friends, they planned a timeless city wedding filled with elegant moments and iconic views of downtown Chicago.
The day began at the luxurious The Peninsula Chicago, where Breanna got ready before heading to Loft Lucia for the ceremony.
With perfect timing and favorable weather, the ceremony took place outdoors in Loft Lucia’s designated ceremony space, surrounded by the venue’s industrial charm and subtle city backdrop. One of the most emotional moments of the day was David seeing Breanna for the first time as she walked down the aisle.
Following the ceremony, we captured family formal portraits before heading into the city for an extended photoshoot throughout Chicago. Breanna had carefully selected several meaningful locations ahead of time, and thanks to our pre-wedding online consultations and thoughtful planning, we dedicated enough time at each stop to be able to fully bring her vision to life.
From iconic architecture to classic urban streetscapes, each location reflected the couple’s love for the city and added to the timeless feel of the day. Both The Peninsula Chicago and Loft Lucia are incredible locations for any team specializing in Chicago wedding photography and cinematography, offering a perfect blend of elegance, atmosphere, and cinematic potential.
After exploring Chicago together, Breanna and David returned to Loft Lucia - Chicago to celebrate the evening with family and friends. The venue’s exposed brick, warm tones, and industrial character created the perfect setting for a reception that felt both elegant and deeply connected to the city they love.
