On October 31, 2025, Grant and Caleb spent a beautiful fall afternoon together in Lincoln Park, Chicago, celebrating their engagement and looking ahead to the wedding day they were so excited to begin planning. With the colors of late October surrounding them, Lincoln Park provided a wonderful combination of nature, beautiful architecture, and classic Chicago scenery for their engagement photographs.

There was something especially effortless about the way Grant and Caleb connected in front of the camera. Their session was relaxed, natural, and filled with the little moments that make photographs feel personal — genuine smiles, quiet interactions, laughter, and the comfort of simply being together.

As experienced Chicago engagement photographers and wedding photographers, we believe every couple deserves to feel completely comfortable, seen, and celebrated during their session. Photographing same-sex couples and LGBTQ+ weddings is an important part of the work we love doing, and our approach is always centered on creating an environment where couples can be themselves rather than feeling like they have to “perform” for the camera.

For Grant and Caleb, the result was a collection of photographs that feels warm, romantic, and genuine. The beauty of Lincoln Park in late October became the backdrop, but their connection remained at the heart of every image.
