There’s something truly magical about capturing the love and excitement of a couple as they prepare for their wedding day, and Samantha and Michael’s engagement session was no exception. In May 2024, we met at the beautiful Independence Grove in Libertyville to celebrate their love—and it was a session filled with laughter, warmth, and a lot of personality.
Samantha and Michael brought a special touch to their photos with a fun pizza-baking theme, a nod to the countless gatherings they’ve hosted at home centered around making pizzas together. Using a guided photojournalistic style, we were able to capture all of the genuine moments—the love, happiness, and anticipation—as they looked forward to stepping into this exciting new chapter of their lives.
Their wedding took place this past May 2025 at the elegant Chevy Chase Country Club in Wheeling, and if their engagement session was any indication, it was a day full of joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
